The AM50-0011TR is a high dynamic range,GaAS MMIC,low noise amplifier in a low-cost SOT-26 package.It employs external matching to obtain optimum noise figure and intercept performance.It may be operated with supply voltages of +5V.And is ideally suited for use where low noise figure,high gain,and high dynamic range are required.The AM50-0011 is fabricated using a low-cost 0.5-micron gate E-D SAGFET GaAs process.
Features of the AM50-0011TR are:(1)Ideal for Base Station Applications;(2)High Gain:17dB @ 900 MHz;(3)Low Noise Figure: ≤1.0 dB @ 900 MHz;(4)Single Supply +5 VDC.
The absolute maximum ratings2 of the AM50-0011TR can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:6V;(2)RF input power:8dBm;(3)operating temperature:-40°C to +85°C;(4)storage temperature:-65°C to +150°C.NOTE: 2.Operation of this device above any one of these parameters may cause permanent damage.
